Fremont is known as "The Center of the Universe," so what better place to have a primary care clinic for families at any stage of life?

UW Medicine board-certified providers offer a complete spectrum of primary care services five days a week, including family medicine with behavioral health, travel medicine, nutrition services, reproductive health and sports medicine.

For your convenience, we offer telemedicine visits that are by secure video using a mobile device, tablet or computer for general consultation. Established patients can request a telemedicine visit by calling the clinic during business hours or logging in to your MyChart account to book online.

Medical advice is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Use MyChart to message your care team any time or call your clinic during business hours and you'll receive a call back within a day. When the clinic is closed, you'll reach an after-hours consulting nurse service.
