Amy took the time to listen and ask follow up questions to make sure she fully understood my concerns. She discussed with me the reasons to order or not order certain labs, went over previous lab results that my former provider did not adequately address, and did not seem rushed at all. She made eye contact and was so present and thorough and I felt really taken care of and listened to in a way I haven't felt in a long time at a medical appointment.

Amy Chen NP has ALWAYS been focused on on patient care, she listens and works hard to rule out possible outcomes. She is easy to talk to and has an excellent sense of sincerity to her care that makes you at ease
