Patient & Family Advisory Council at UW Medicine Primary Care
At UW Medicine Primary Care, we recognize the important role that patients and families play in healthcare. We honor each patient and family's strengths, priorities, cultures, and preferences and involve them in medical decisions at every step.
UW Medicine Primary Care continually evaluates how we deliver care and ways to improve. To do that, we ask our patients and families for their input in several ways, including patient satisfaction surveys and through our patient and family advisory council. Our advisory council is made up of patients, family members, caregivers, staff members, and providers who share their experiences at UW Medicine Primary Care. They serve in an advisory capacity, providing input and making recommendations on matters impacting the patient’s experience.
Who can be an advisor?
