We've got north Seattle covered for comprehensive primary care
Located just off of I-5 in north Seattle, UW Medicine Primary Care at Outpatient Medical Center is open six days a week. (Our Saturday schedules vary. Please call ahead before visiting on a Saturday.)
Our board-certified physicians provide a full spectrum of primary care, including annual wellness and preventive healthcare services, management of chronic conditions, treatment of acute conditions, mental health services and routine gynecologic exams. We believe that continuity of care — a shared goal that fosters ongoing, caring relationships between patients and healthcare providers — is vital to keeping you healthy in the long term.
Medical advice is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Use MyChart, the secure patient portal, to message your care team any time or call your clinic during business hours (you'll receive a call back within a day). When the clinic is closed, you'll reach an after-hours consulting nurse service.
We also offer telemedicine visits that are by secure video using a mobile device, tablet or computer for general consultation and obstetrics (OB) services. Established patients can request a telemedicine visit by calling the clinic during business hours or logging in to your MyChart account to book online.
We accept most major insurance plans. Make your appointment today.
UW Medicine Primary Care continually evaluates how we deliver care and ways to improve. To do that, we ask our patients and families for their input in several ways, including patient satisfaction surveys and through our patient and family advisory council.
