About Emily Malouf
Emily Malouf, M.G.C., L.G.C., is a board certified genetic counselor at the Genetic Medicine Clinic and Center on Human Development and Disability at UW Medical Center.
Malouf focuses on inherited causes of cancer, cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia, connective tissue disorders, muscular dystrophies, neurological conditions and other genetic disorders. She strives to offer information and diagnostic options for patient-directed, family-centered care.
Malouf received her medical education at the University of Maryland. She is a member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors. Her clinical and research interests include hereditary breast and colon cancer, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, muscular dystrophies, rare genetic conditions, genetic testing, neuromuscular conditions and movement disorders.
