The Doctor was very nice and showed empathy when asking about morning sickness and grief with a previous lose.

About Yasmeen A. Bruckner

Yasmeen Bruckner, MSN, CNM, WHNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse midwife. Bruckner provides care for women and their families before, during and after pregnancy. She attends births at the Childbirth Center at UW Medical Center - Northwest and provides inpatient well-newborn care. She also provides gynecologic, family planning and well-woman services. Her goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care so that individuals can make informed health care decisions that are best for themselves and their families. 

Her clinical interests include supporting women and families during pregnancy and birth. Additionally, she is interested in contraception, well-woman care and adolescent gynecology.

Bruckner is a teaching associate for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UW School of Medicine.

In her free time Bruckner enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with family.
