Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Dr Lack was very informative, patient and solicited questions and concerns appropriately. The MD fellow/resident who initially saw me was similarly excellent.

Dr Lack is an very engaged surgeon. He took care and time to listen (and actually hear) my questions and answer them. I appreciated that a lot, especially knowing how busy his schedule is.

As the doctor, Dr. Lack, should have been more involved for my care. My insurance,[...] needs his approval for my continued care. Without Dr. Lack's recommendation for my continued care, I am unable to continue my stay at[...]"Skilled Nursing Facility". I will be discharged without his recommendation.

MD was clearly rushed and both prefaced and ended our 2 minute interaction expressing his need to stay on time in clinic.

Dr. Lack was very informative explaining things to me. I felt very comfortable talking with him. He seemed to be a very kind and compassionate man, who really cares about the medical outcome. I truly appreciated the time he took explaining things. He was very easy to talk to. Even though we talked for over 30 minutes, he made me feel as though Ihe said his job to do this. He seemed to me, to be one of the kindest doctors I had the opportunity to have talked with. It was a very good experience. I am very thankful I was able to get his advice and suggestions, even though he explained that my medical issues were not something he could do. He did offer other doctors who could possibly help me.

Dr. Lack is a wonderful doctor. I am very grateful I found him.

Doctor Lack and all members of the orthopedic staff and the technical staff were polite, knowledgeable and concerned. They made me feel that they had my care at the forefront of their service.

Each of the Professional staff went above and beyond to meet my needs, answer my questions and concerns and provided excellent care.
