Dr. Ellis was excellent, apologized for delay (no problem!) and explained process clearly. I feel very confident and reassured I'm in good hands!

None. Other than it was a Friday and very busy my visit was very good. Things happen. I want the doctors attention when he/she is with me and sometimes that takes longer than scheduled. I'm ok with that.
