I highly recommend Dr. Brassfield, and have already suggested my sister try to make an appointment with her if she's accepting new patients

Dr. Brassfield is the best. She spends time listening to me before she provides her suggestions and is always supportive of my input as well. I really like how she always explains everything thoroughly in a way that would make sense to me. She takes all things into consideration and explains the benefits of each one and what to expect with certain treatments. She is a wonderful provider and I'm glad that I have her as my PCP!

Dr. Brassfield is THE best doctor I have ever had. She is so knowledgeable and tries SO hard to help me, listen to me and makes me feel so supported. I am a very complicated patient and she never makes me feel like I am too much. I have seen a lot of doctors and she is absolutely, hands down the best doctor. I feel so lucky to have found her. She is intelligent and compassionate! I can't say enough good things about her!

Both the nurse aide, the doctor, and the two technicians were very very nice and respectful.

Dr. Toni Brassfield was a refreshingly attentive provider - she never made me feel as though I was being rushed through my appointment, she listened and was responsive to all the concerns and questions I brought to her, and she kindly provided each referral I requested to establish further specialty care. Sadly, this is no longer the average experience in healthcare and I am very grateful to have found it here at UW.
