Dr. Grewal is amazing. Not only did she explain everything very well, but she kept it concise which made it easier for me to understand and also remember without having to refer back to the notes. She offered solutions/treatments that I can follow at home instead of diving right into intensive treatments. I feel really good about that. I was referred to derm for a specific concern but during my visit I did ask her about another concern and she was extremely courteous by looking into that and offering me options for that in the same visit. I was given different routes to choose from and she explained each of them thoroughly so I could make an informed decision. I really appreciate that and look forward to meeting with her again.

My sister tried to convince me to go to a private practice that might get me in sooner. After the amazing experience I had with the doctor I'm definitely staying with this practice. I came in with a family history of skin cancer, a history of bad sunburns as a kid, and a spot I was concerned about. I knew she needed to look at ALL of my skin, and I was a little uncomfortable with the idea, but she helped me cover up with the gown during the exam, and helped me get coverwd and comfortable again before talking to me about what she saw and treatment options. It went so fast I didn't have time to be nervous. She was very thorough in her explanations for what I should expect going forward, even explaining that [...] would go over all of it again to make sure I got it. They had a great rapport together that put me at ease, and she was outstanding. 10 out of 10 stars!

She doesn't have much of a bedside manner

Dr. Greywal scrutinizes my skin much less than my previous dermatologist, which leaves me feeling concerned that she may be simply going through the motions and could miss something subtle.

I got all the info I needed, including with helpful explanations, but it felt very rushed & impersonal. Time focused rather than patient/care focused. Also one of my main reasons for going was pushed off - I was told I had to schedule another appointment.
