Dr. Sutherland was kind, patient, informative and a great listener.
Dr Sutherland was very professional, personable, and friendly. I felt I was in good hands.
Dr. Sutherland & [...] are so skilled at their field of expertise.
Doctor spent a very long time with me listening to my issues and concerns. She was careful to provide correct educational information to help me along my recovery. Offered follow up timing and procedure
Horrible provider's bedside manner and attitude. She was very late and had a attitude of I had a enough of the day. She had procedure that took too long and she was frustrated about it. Wasn't listening to my concerns and she had already decided what my problem was before listening to me. Very bad attitude and I will never see this provider or recommend this one to anyone else.
Dr. Sutherland was excellent! She took her time and explained all procedures, and made me comfortable. She answered my questions.
I was so grateful to finally get into Dr Sutherland. She is a teaching doc, a rarity today, and she is full of positive alternatives and interventions for my issues. She explained everything thoroughly and gave me real hope my issues will be resolved. I believe and trust her.
Excellent
Provider was thorough and honest and reassuring. Very much appreciated her care. [...] I felt she explained well without being dismissive.
Excellent experience
Always listens to my wants and concerns.
My Dr is very informative. I appreciate that.
Its frustrating when practitioners act like you don't know your own body.
I think Dr. SUTHERLAND is the best. I think she shows great concern for my well-being.
[...] My doctor - was the best! Great personality and great physician. Very caring.
[...] Dr. Sutherland was wonderful and caring.
In the past [...] years, I have seen other gynecologists about prolapse. They had nothing to offer. Very happy to find *Dr. Sutherland.
The doctor was late, rude, and condescending. Will not see her again.
[...]Dr. Sutherland is talented & compassionate terrific!
I believe Dr. Sutherland has made a conscious effort to talk to me with respect and empathy. I am happy with my last visit, especially considering that I had a procedure on that visit. I hope that this is a consistent behavior.
I thought she was dismissive about my concerns and condescending. She quickly went into an explanation about my situation without asking me what I wanted to talk about or what I was there for. The explanation was unnecessary and unwanted and I had to interrupt her to get us back on track.
Dr Sutherland was very kind and compassionate and put me at ease. She was very thorough on helping me understand options and understand the scope of what I saw her for. She was very thorough in her examination.
Dr Sutherland [...]
Nurse [...] and Dr Sutherland were both excellent.
Dr. Sutherland has been with me since the beginning of my journey with bladder cancer. She is thorough and makes you feel comfortable. I am blessed to have her as my Dr.
Excellent physician [...]
[...] It was obvious that they (*Dr. Sutherland & PA *[...]) had not looked at my chart notes. *Dr. Sutherland was very busy that day. She had procedures and appointments that she was attending to. I felt as though I was shuffled to the PA and not asked the purpose for my visit (re: the long wait). I like *Dr. Sutherland and will continue to see her, however I think your physician/PA/patient communications needs to improve.
