Dr. Houston was extremely sensitive to my case in terms of helping figure out the best course of action -- I particularly appreciated that he provided options that included PT and further imaging In addition to a surgical solution. He was a careful listener which helped me better articulate my symptoms and he gave a thorough exam to lend more data to complement the MRI. I also appreciated that he committed to having a colleague review my images/case to add another perspective since the next steps aren't completely obvious. Finally, Dr. Houston was so respectful and included me as a partner in my own care choices.
