I feel fortunate to have Dr Kapoor as my cardiologist. She's caring, gives clear explanations re my concerns. I'm comfortable talking with her.

I was seen by Dr [...] (Resident) and Dr Kapoor (Attending). Both were very pleasant and informative, and Dr Kapoor was very knowledgeable and took time to review my situation with me.

Dr. Kapoor is truly an exceptional provider. She is caring and thoughtful in her approach and shows a true desire to get to the bottom of even obscure and complicated symptoms. I really appreciate her thoroughness and detailed approach. It has really put me at ease knowing she's going to pursue all the tests to make sure we don't miss any potential issues- which I truly can't describe how that makes me feel. I don't feel like I have to push to keep trying to figure out why I'm experiencing certain symptoms. She's allowed me to finally be able to drop some of tension and anxiety I've felt with a lot of providers recently who've not wanted to keep investigating complex symptoms. Even though she was late to the video visit- she was very sincere and honest with her apology and it did not affect my experience or the quality of the care I received. I wish the provider could just push an option on the computer that would show me a message while I'm waiting that I'm in the right spot and it's not an error on my end and that she's just running behind and still with the prior patient. A pop up message like that would have eased my worry that maybe I was doing something wrong and not in the right link.

This was a second opinion on my diagnosis and although the diagnosis was the same diagnosis as the first opinion, Dr Kapoor made me feel heard, and explained what was happening in a basic but not condescending way. I did not feel that way after my first opinion on my diagnosis.

All of my visits with Dr. Ruchi Kapoor have been pleasant and I would recommend her to some one in need of a provider.

My MRI wasnt read before I came In For my appointment , which is understandable - MRI was done 2 hours before my appointment. Dr Kapoor explained what she was looking for and she would contact me once she got the report. I received the report via MyChart and I immediately received an email from Dr Kapoor explaining the findings. When I ask a question she promptly answered. Great service!

Didn't look at the chart beforehand, didn't seem concerned about my overall health, and was very focused on narrow specialty-specific issues, rather than considering the holistic view of my health and how other systems could impact the heart. Just wanted to prescribe more meds rather than get to the real problem.

Dr was easy to understand and explained things very well. [...] She heard a murmur I have had since childhood looked at the echo I had and said she wanted make sure what was going on and ordered some not usual echo pictures to see what is causing this murmur. She didn't just leave it at the last echo. She wants more answers. That was reassuring.

Kind, and interested in my heart condition.

Overall it was an really great experience. The doctor made sure to answer all my questions, and helped me understand my health situation.
