About Ronald W. Pauldine
Ronald Pauline, M.D., is a board certified anesthesiologist at UW Medical Center, chief of UW Critical Care Medicine, program director for the Anesthesiology Critical Care Medicine Fellowship and a UW professor of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.
Dr. Pauldine’s goal is to provide effective, safe and compassionate patient-centered care throughout the perioperative environment.
Dr. Pauldine earned his M.D. at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. He is board certified in both Critical Care Medicine and Anesthesiology. His clinical and research interests include perioperative care of the elderly, quality and patient safety, medical education, application of systems engineering and high reliability science in healthcare, medical education, quality improvement and critical care delivery systems.
Personal Interests
In his free time Dr. Pauldine enjoys ice hockey, music, cross-country skiing and cooking.
