Dr. Oscar Maitas's, M.D., M.S. approach to patient care is centered on providing compassionate, patient-focused treatment, ensuring that each patient receives individualized and comprehensive care. With extensive training and experience in cardiology, Dr. Maitas is adept at treating a wide range of cardiac conditions, including heart failure, coronary artery disease, and valvular heart disease. He has particular expertise in performing complex interventional procedures such as transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), mitral valve repair, and other advanced catheter-based interventions.

Dr. Maitas is committed to using the latest research and technological advancements to improve patient outcomes and advance the cardiology field. Dr. Matias is an Acting Instructor-Provisional specializing in structural heart disease and interventional cardiology. He is currently a fellow in the Structural Interventional Program at the University of Washington, where he also performs procedures in the catheterization labs.
