About Nisha Bansal
Nisha Bansal, M.D., M.S., is a board certified physician with Kidney Care & Transplantation Services at UW Medical Center, a UW assistant professor of Medicine and Nephrology and an investigator at UW Medicine’s Kidney Research Institute.
Dr. Bansal specializes in the care of chronic kidney disease patients. She also has expertise in care of kidney disease patients with cardiovascular disease. She really enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and being actively involved in all aspects of their medical care. She strongly believes in patient education and working together to actively improve the patient's health.
Dr. Bansal earned her M.D. from the University of Connecticut and her M.S. from UC San Francisco. She is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology.
