I felt extremely comfortable every step of the way. The Dr did a very thorough job of letting me know what to expect and what he was doing and how I might feel. He was very attentive and transparent.

She also made sure to let me know to contact my doctor about my blood pressure and made sure I wasn't faint or feeling unwell. She was also very prompt in communicating with me prior to my appointment about having acquired my MRI through MyChart and to not worry about bringing a hard copy. That took a lot of stress off me and I am very grateful.

My only suggestion is to keep doing what you are doing! Dr. Sandhu's assistant's initiative re my file and appointment time, the ability to contact her, and, also, the office, on the day of, the doctor's obvious familiarity with my medical records/test results, his initiative in gaining insight/collaborating with others about me to help me get the best outcome and their actual follow through re same have healing effects in and of themselves. Grateful to the team and have been trying to think of something I could do to express my gratitude.
