Dr. Mayumi Endo was the best physician I have ever had the good fortune to consult with. She was extremely encouraging and explained the ultrasound process as well as the biopsy procedure so thoroughly. Dr. Endo's bedside manner cannot be surpassed. She is so kind and compassionate. Dr. Endo is the epitome of professionalism and kindness. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to be seen by her in the wonderful Endocrine Clinic at the University of Washington!
Dr Endo was one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. She was thorough, in making sure that I understood my thyroid condition and she was also compassionate in that I had just lost my husband less than 2 months ago.

Dr. Endo has provided me with excellent care. [...]
Dr. Endo was so good. I can't think of any other medical doctor who has ever taken time to explain things so thoroughly. She literally showed me in my body (with an ultrasound) what was going on. She showed me pictures of what cancer looks like and showed me the scab surrounding my blood pocket, putting my concerns totally at ease. She really took so much care to make sure I understood what was happening. I felt really included and that she really cared about me understanding the situation. I'm so thankful to Dr. Endo and really appreciate her. Amazing doctor. One of a kind.
Excellent, authentic care and great information sharing.

Dr Endo was exactly the doctor I needed for my situation. She treated me like an individual, not part of a protocol. She listened, explained, and was empathetic.
Dr. Endo is extraordinary! Very thorough and great at educating.
I really appreciate Dr Endo's empathetic, calming and respectful way she works with her patients. She encourages questions and is clear and respectful in her explanations. If in the future I was to follow-up with the procedure we discussed, I would be fully confident that I would want Dr Endo to perform it.
Dr. Endo took the time to explain to me in details my health condition and concern and it made me feel much more at ease with the situation.
