She was extremely encouraging and explained the ultrasound process as well as the biopsy procedure so thoroughly. Dr. Endo's bedside manner cannot be surpassed. She is so kind and compassionate. Dr. Endo was so good. I can't think of any other medical doctor who has ever taken time to explain things so thoroughly. She literally showed me in my body (with an ultrasound) what was going on. She showed me pictures of what cancer looks like and showed me the scab surrounding my blood pocket, putting my concerns totally at ease. She really took so much care to make sure I understood what was happening. I felt really included and that she really cared about me understanding the situation.
