About Maya Priyanka Rao
Maya Rao, MD, is a pediatrics resident. She was born, raised, and spent most of her life in the great state of Texas between Dallas and Austin. She went to college at UT Austin followed by medical school in Dallas at UT Southwestern.
Personal Interests
Dr. Rao has two cats and thinks they share a lot in common - she loves to bask in the sun and take good naps. She also enjoys running, teaching yoga, talking all things food, watching movies, and spending time exploring the outdoors. She also loves taking care of her plants, and dreams of one day owning a small farm.
