Dr. Chan always lays provides so much comfort and care. She lays out care options, pros and cons and then discusses with me my questions, thoughts, concerns and makes sure I know the options in easy to understand terms before we decide how to move forward. She involves me appropriately while still holding the expertise which I appreciate so much.I also thought the medical student who joined her was very professional, thoughtful and asked good questions. She was easy also to talk to and has a warm and caring presence.

Dr. Chan is the best PCP I've ever had. She is a great listener and makes you feel confident that you are in good hands.

Dr. Chan is kind, proactive and professional. She takes my requests and questions as a patient very seriously and does all she can to accommodate me, as well as explain anything I don't understand. I have never felt this cared for or considered by a PCP and I'm grateful to have her in my corner.
