Mandy Owens, PhD is a clinical psychologist who specializes in the treatment of substance use disorder and mood disorders using evidence-based approaches. Dr. Owens also uses a Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) approach to work with loved ones of someone with a substance use disorder.
