Dr. Eckert really helped me better understand treatment options and how to apply those options. She greatly included me in the treatment option decisions. I also appreciated her encouraging words with the progress I am making given my attentiveness and consistency to the treatment options she has recommended for the past 3 months.

Linda Eckert is the best!!
This visit was a total catastrophe and breakdown in care. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had as a patient. The doctor was running very late and was rushed and didn't communicate well with her MA or with her NP who was training with her. The overall result was that they forgot about me in the exam room and never finished the visit, so I left with only getting a fraction of my concerns addressed at all. The doctor sent in a nurse practitioner to do the intake (After the MA did her intake). The NP was attentive and took detailed notes. Then the NP left and I waited a long time (maybe 20 minutes) for the doctor to come in. Once she came in, she seemed very rushed and talked very briefly with me, barely asked me any questions and didn't address a number of my concerns and symptoms that I'd come in for. I didn't get the sense that she had read the NPs notes or knew all my concerns. My visit with her lasted less than 5 minutes and during that short time she was training the NP while doing the exam. Then, they told me they had to go look at something under the microscope and left the room. I got dressed and waited in the room for what seemed like almost a hour. Finally, the MA opened the door and was surprised to see me sitting there. They had forgotten about me! I waited some more and the NP came in and apologized. But I never did get to see the doctor again and I left very hurt and upset. The doctor did see me walking out and apologized. The doctor is hard to get in to see because she is so booked. I had to wait months for a follow up and I'm still way overdue for her to do an [...] for which I've had to wait many months.
Dr. Eckert is fabulous!
[...] Dr. Eckert is truly wonderful. Not only is she highly skilled at what she does, but she is calming, sincere, and kind. She solved a problem with me that numerous other providers had not been able to figure out and treat. She didn't give up and she provided very good peace of mind at a time when I was frightened and frustrated and was beginning to lose hope.
As mentioned above, *Dr. Eckert is amazing. [...]
