About Leo H. Wang
Leo Wang M.D., Ph.D., is a board certified physician at the Neurology Clinic at UW Medical Center, a UW associate professor of Neurology and a researcher at the Seattle Wellstone Center.
Dr. Wang strives to create active partnerships with his patients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Dr. Wang earned his M.D. from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. His clinical interests focus on neuromuscular disorders, such as motor neuron disease (ALS), myasthenia gravis, peripheral neuropathies and muscular dystrophies including FSHD. His research interests include ALS and muscular dystrophies, especially funded research on FSHD through the National Institutes of Health and the Friends of FSH Research.
