Dr Ho, as always, was very tuned into my situation and questions. He shared info and full answers to my concerns and questions. He was very personable, compassionate and even humorous as we discussed my care. He also acknowledged and included my daughters who were on the phone during the visit. It was a very good visit. Dr Ho is truly an exceptional provider. When he enters the exam room he has read my chart and reviewed any test results I have had even from other providers since my last visit. I appreciate his compassionate care and willingness to listen. He takes the time to acknowledge lifestyle changes I have worked hard to achieve and how they are improving my condition (even though I have a long way to go). I always feel heard, and encouraged to continue to work towards better overall health.

Dr. Ho is an amazing Dr. He takes time with me and makes me feel like I matter! I absolutely love Dr. Ho! I want him as my pulmonary Dr. Forever! Dr Ho is top notch. He took the time to share his screen and detailed and explained the Cat Scan comparisons. He's very thorough and he also takes time to check on the mental health of me/his patient as well. This by far is the most standout part about him because he helps keep me in check and focused on the bright side. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ho

Dr Ho was extremely thorough in his interview, discussion of care plans, diagnostics, and we particularly appreciated that he asked if we were willing to do things rather than just saying they needed to be done. Additionally I truly appreciated the call from his assistant [...] who made sure that our video connection was sound and that we were fully prepared to meet with Dr Ho. We have never had that level of care for clarity of the connection while using telemedicine through other providers.

About Lawrence A. Ho
Lawrence Ho, M.D., is a board certified physician at the Center for Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) at UWMC and a UW assistant professor of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
Dr. Ho strives to create active partnerships with his patients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Dr. Ho earned his M.D. from Northeast Ohio Medical University. He is active in ILD research and is currently involved in studies evaluating novel treatments for idiopathic pulmonary fibroisis (IPF). He also is interested in evaluating the relationship between esophageal reflux and IPF.
