About Lara Beth Strick
Lara Strick, MD, MSc, is a board-certified Infectious disease physician and primary provider specializing in correctional healthcare, HIV, and viral hepatitis. Dr. Strick believes in patient-centered, nonjudgemental care and providing the most current information to allow patients to make informed decisions. She is a strong advocate for patient rights within the criminal legal system. Dr. Strick’s clinical expertise includes the care of people living with HIV, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C, the provision of PrEP, the treatment of sexually transmitted infections, and the care and coordination needed for people released from a carceral facility. Dr. Strick is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Allergy & Infectious Disease at the University of Washington.
