About Kathleen A. Jobe
Kathleen Jobe, M.D., is a physician in the Emergency Department at UW Medical Center and a UW associate professor of Emergency Medicine.
Working as an emergency physician allows Dr. Jobe to care for any patient of any age with any problem at any time. She is committed to caring for every patient to the best of her ability.
Dr. Jobe earned her M.D. from the University of Colorado. She is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and past-president of the Washington chapter. She is the chief medical officer for WA1-DMAT and Deputy Regional CMO for Region X (WA, AK, ID, MT) for the National Disaster Medical System within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Dr. Jobe is former medical director of UW Medical Center’s Emergency Department and chair of Washington state’s Emergency Cardiac and Stroke TAC.
Personal Interests
In her free time, Dr. Jobe enjoys cycling, family and friends, music, dogs, gardening, travel and humanitarian service.
