I was extremely impressed the dr had read the short hard copy file I dropped off two days in advance and answered all of my questions. He was kind, a good listener, and had great presence with me as a patient. Wasn't distracted by the computer but prompt afterwards about getting my referral into the system and I was able to book my next appointment based on that referral quickly. Which is great because each dr is usually booked several weeks out!
