About Johanne St. Laurent Lewin
Johanne St. Laurent Lewin, A.R.N.P., M.N., is a board certified Nurse Practitioner in Rehabilitation Medicine at Harborview.
Lewin strives to create active partnerships with her patients to achieve the best possible outcomes. She believes in educating patients about their condition to prevent disease complications.
Lewin earned her M.N. at Texas Woman's University. She is a recipient of the UW Medicine Cares Award. Her clinical interests include working with patients with spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, stroke, amputation and wound care.
Lewin is accepting returning patients only for Post-COVID rehabilitation.
