Dr. Rubinstein and the resident did a good job.
I thought Dr Rubenstein [...] Were excellent. Dr Rubenstein very clearly, kindly and concisely described my situation and all of my options.
The doctor was very straightforward with the risks of surgery and the uncertain outcome of the benefits of the surgery afterwards.
Concern and compassion for medical issues. Determination to get to the bottom of diagnosis
Dr Rubenstein was arrogant and condescending. He talked down to me and treated me with utter disregard. I debated scheduling another appointment with him but thought I'd give him a second chance. His residents had more compassion than he does. He truly made me feel that I was a waste of his time.
My visit with Dr. Rubinstein seemed to last only 10 minutes. He seemed very hurried. He did review the results [...] with me. I felt he just blew off my further concerns. [...] Again I felt blown off. I'm very, very unhappy with my visit.
Dr Rubinstein is an expert in the problems I have.
I really appreciated how thorough the doctor was at explaining my condition and his recommendations moving forward. It was the best explanation I have had and it was obvious he had reviewed my records thoroughly before talking with me.
Dr should read notes why patient is visiting!!
Dr. Rubinstein is very thorough and personable.
Dr. Rubinstein seemed rushed and not thinking through how to best help my situation. [...]
Dr. Rubinstein has a very FAKE positive bed site manor. The exam took less than two minutes Including the questions I asked. Maybe he was a good doctor at one time, but not anymore..
I want to commend the patience, kindness, and of course expertise of Dr. Rubenstein, [...], and my audiologist [...].
Dr. Rubinstein made my experience excellent. [...]
[...] and Dr. Rubinstein were very knowledgeable, courteous and responsive to my questions
[...] And Dr. Rubinstein was clearly an expert. I felt well taken care of.
[...]Dr. Rubenstein & staff did an excellent JOB.
Dr. Rubinstein was on time to the appointment. He told me the diagnosis of medical tests, explained the diagnosis and answered my questions. After the appointment, he followed up on what he promised to do (referred me to a vestibular therapist and requested VEMP testing to be approved through insurance). By the end of the day, I had appointments set up to accomplish both those things! Thanks, Dr. Rubinstein!
Both the audiologist and resident on duty did a fabulous job of meeting my needs. I only saw the MD after them and he was very understanding and competent, too
Everyone I spoke with was great from [staff], Jay and [staff]. All were friendly, smiled and professional. Great staff
