About Erin K. Kross
Erin Kross, M.D., is a board certified physician at the Chest Clinic at Harborview and a UW associate professor of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine and an assistant professor of Medicine.
Dr. Kross strives to partner with patients and their family members to understand who they= are as people to better understand their personal preferences and goals. She thinks it is critical to involve patients and their loved ones as part of the care team.
Dr. Kross earned her M.D. from the University of Iowa. She is board certified in both Critical Care Medicine and Pulmonary Disease. Her clinical and research interests are focused on patient and family-centered palliative care during critical illness. Her clinical and research interests include multi-disciplinary critical care medicine, post-intensive care syndrome (patient and family), palliative care and general pulmonary medicine.
Personal Interests
In her free time Dr. Kross enjoys cooking, parenting and reading.
