About Emily M. Godfrey
Emily M. Godfrey, M.D., M.P.H. is a practicing family physician with a focus on women’s health and reproductive health care. Dr. Godfrey is a professor in the Departments of Family Medicine, and Obstetrics and Gynecology Division of Family Planning. Her clinical site includes UW Medicine Primary Care at Northgate.
Dr. Godfrey's clinical interests include preventive care and comprehensive care for women, including prenatal care, family planning, adolescent health and menopause. She is board-certified in Family Medicine. She is a graduate of the Complex Family Planning Fellowship and completed a fellowship in faculty development.
Dr. Godfrey partners with her patients to seek optimal health while respecting their individual values, community and culture.
Personal Interests
Dr. Godfrey enjoys yoga and meditation, traveling, bicycling, hiking, cross country skiing and cooking.
