Dr. Ko listened very carefully and respectfully as I gave the history of my illness, asked related questions, answered my questions, , and gave lots of time for any further questions. She explained her thoughts and planned course of action very thoroughly. Overall I was very pleased with the telehealth visit and the care I received. I appreciated Dr. Ko's kindness, patience, and competence.

Very professional, yet warm and friendly. Always a good listener.
Dr. Ko was very patient.
This was my first visit with Dr. Cynthia Ko. As you know, first visits are replete with many questions. And, this being Gastroenterology, not exactly a delicate subject, it requires descriptive answers that are colorful, to say the least. Phew. Here's the thing As she typed away, all the while maintaining good eye contact, I realized that Dr. Ko was carefully listening to me. And from her responses, and then probing follow-up questions to my answers, I knew she was paying attention. Further, there was kindness.Pause: please note that this is a gift to patients, this paying attention, this kindness. When we were finished, and after examining me, Dr. Ko gave a synopsis of what we had talked about, delineating each symptom and concern, all of which led up to a solid plan of care. Gratefully, I'm submitting this to you, with thanks for being the institution you are, and for Dr. Ko.
Dr. Ko and her staff have been competent and kind. I have more confidence in their care than most others I have been consulting over the last year and three months.
