Great experience with Christian M. Peterson, DO
Dr. Peterson answered all my questions, explained my options so I was able to make a decision on how I wanted to proceed with my treatment.
Very poor experience. Dr Petersen didn't listen, gather relevant information from me, didnt explain his reasoning for his diagnosis [...]
Great experience always with Dr. Petersen.
When I tore my meniscus in right knee, doctor and his team were so carrying before, during and after surgery.
Dr Peterson demonstrated a high level of care. He was very knowledgeable, and thorough in his examination.
Dr. Peterson is wonderful!! He's a very skilled surgeon and a good communicator. He is very personable.
I had a very bad experience with the doctor. He may me feel [...] did not listen, and not only did not respond to but was very dismissive of my core questions.
I find Dr. Peterson a very disrespectful and dismissive person. On the day of surgery, he spoke with me for a total of 30 seconds (prior to surgery), asked if I had any questions, then forgot the questions he had just asked, and asked those questions again. [...]
Dr. Peterson is wonderful!
Dr Peterson is and has been very open and I informative and if doesn't have the answer. He will find the answer.
I have a great relationship with Dr. Peterson. I have seen him for several years. He always includes me in decisions about course of treatment. I have recommended him to other people. He is an excellent provider.

The nurse was very good. The doctor basically told me that he did not want to hear what I had to say.

How do you improve upon perfection?
Doctor needs to engage with the patient more and provide more info on what is going on, as well as soliciting the patient's concerns.

Christian M. Peterson, DO, is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery and the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners. He completed fellowships in spine surgery at Ohio University and in sports medicine and arthroscopy at the Institute for Bone and Joint Disorders in Phoenix, Arizona.
Dr. Peterson belongs to the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the American Osteopathic Association, the American Osteopathic Association of Sports Medicine, the Association of Professional Team Physicians, the Washington Osteopathic Medical Association and the Washington State Orthopedic Association.
Dr. Peterson's clinical interests include advanced arthroscopic procedures and sports medicine.
