I felt blessed to be able to see my Doctor, he is an amazing man!!! To be able to come over from Yakima was not easy, but so worth it! The UW has a spectacular staff. I wish I lived closer. I love it

Dr. Ngo is a great communicator! He answered my questions and had a thorough, concise, and easy to understand expiation of ablation and was ready to explain the procedure etc. I was comfortable with him and full confidence in his ability as a result of my visit. My medical assistant was great, too. Good team!

Dr Gno always listens and answers my questions clearly.

He explained info to my son with delays in ways he could understand and respond to Dr questions. Relived my worries a lot.

Doctor was extremely thorough, professional and informative.

Dr. Ngo is BY FAR the absolute BEST doctor i've had so far and we were only with him for maybe 45 minutes!!! [...] He was honest, truthful, determined, and confident! Like I said, we were only with him for approximately 45 minutes, but in that time, Dr. Ngo explained SO much to my parents and me about possible treatment, suggestions for treatment down the road, information about my symptoms and condition, showed genuine concern in my history as well as my symptoms, and overall exceeded any expectation i've had for a doctor after all my past experiences. [...], and he STILL had time to listen to what my parents and I had to say about my symptoms and concerns. I know this is just standard practice being that doctors should do anything in their power to help their patients thrive, but ever since I was diagnosed [...]This is all I can say as for now, but I truly hope that now I have someone on my side for the first time and will be able to do everything a young girl should be able to do and live life to the fullest!

More explanation about what functionality is being checked and what the data is showing. A summary from the doctor as well. Doctor checking to see if I had any questions. Some indication of what I can do if concerns arise between my in person appointment and when I will see anyone IN ONE YEAR. I want to leave there feeling happy to have seen my team and feeling like they've "seen" me and not just checked my device.
