The audiologist was very caring and patient with my elderly mother. My mother's first language is Spanish and although she speaks and understands English, she's been having problems with hearing loss, so her communication is a bit limited. The audiologist was AMAZING and really took care to make sure my mother was comfortable during the hearing test.
