Aya Albittar, MD, is an internal medicine resident. Dr. Albittar strongly believes in personalized patient care. She finds it very important to look at her patient's values, quality of life, and goals of care while coordinating their care, and have a practical plan for each patient. She likes to spend extra time with her patients to discuss their medical problem etiology, risk factors, and possible complications to make a reasonable plan and set treatment goals as a team. She also believes that early awareness of genetic and environmental risk factors and evidence-based screening have a key role in disease prevention.

Dr. Albittar's clinical interests include cancer prevention and personalized medicine.
