Nothing to improve! Everyone was incredibly accommodating after I was required to changed my appointment from an in-person visit to a telemedicine visit due to a transportation issue at the last minute. Spoke with a call center representative who swiftly assisted me with my rescheduling request & immediately connected me with a staff member at Dr. Mistretta's office to complete a virtual check-in & "rooming." Finally, Dr. Mistretta has been the ideal PCP from the moment he took on the role as my PCP after my former PCP [...] relocated to another state. I've always appreciated how he always arrives to the appointment with a visible smile on his face and how attentive and thoughtful he is when addressing my concerns. When we begin discussing potential solutions, he takes time to explain the "why" helping me feel informed and involved in my care. Couldn't ask for more as a patient.
