Patient Ratings and Reviews
At UW Medicine, your feedback is important to us. While different care providers have their own unique strengths, we strive to be as transparent as possible with our quality of care. Learn more
I'm sure she's a nice woman however the depth of care is very shallow. I felt extremely rushed. She only put a "bandaid " on my problem vs taking the time to understand what may be truly happening. Very disappointed!
I have recommended her to other people. She's an awesome Doctor and she's kind and thoughtful Doctor Chopra.
Dr Chopra is exemplary
I had a truly positive experience with Dr. Chopra. She is an outstanding and highly skilled physician who approaches her work with brilliance. Her respect for patients is evident in the way she attentively listened to my health concerns before reaching a diagnosis. Dr. Chopra generously allocated time for my questions and worries, providing clear and easily understandable explanations. She went above and beyond in discussing my health issues in detail. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate healthcare professional.
The provider did not take the time to explain what she was doing for the immediate concern, and when asked if there were any strategies or other options beyond potential surgery she was very dismissive of my inquiry. I also shared additional concerns with her of which she was extremely dismissive and only indicated I needed a PCP but did not offer any additional giuidance, next steps, or other information for the interim period. This was also surprising to me as part of the goal of this appointment was to establish a new PCP since my old PCP at this clinic left. It was very clear this doctor had no intentions of accepting me as a new patient.
Positive compliments and acknowledgment, encouraging of patient's continued good health practice at home .My wonderful physician I admire dearly.
I have seen dr Chopra for a while now so it's easy to talk to her
Dr. Chopra was very well prepared for the visit.
Dr. Chopra is outstanding doctor and I am very pleased with the guidance she gives me regarding my health.
I am very proud to have Dr. Chopra as my PCP. She has managed my healthcare for a very long time and I am very grateful. I do recommend her and UW whenever practical.
Poor listening as provider asked me question that I had already explained to her
I love Dr. Chopra which is why I continue to make appointments with her [...] I also like [...] her assistant. Both listen to my concerns and address my options.
I didn't feel included in the decisions that Dr Chopra made regarding my care. She told me how it would be and I don't feel that she heard what I was saying. She was not a very personable Dr.
This is the first time I did telemedicine with my Dr and I am sure there was an issue with the zoom. I don't have any issues with my Dr and I will continue with her till and she is the best dealing my medical issues in the past.
She is perfect for me
Highly recommended
Dr Chopra is very attentive and shows great concern for her patients. She answers all my questions and encourages me to continue my healthy practices, advising me on things to change and what to watch out for. She is awesome and I'd be sending all my friends to her if she was taking new patients.
Dr. Chopra is great [...]
My doctor gave me a good advice on my health care.
Always a good experience visiting with my Dr.
I'm always happy with my doctor
All suggestions were things I'd already been doing for many months plus the doctor didn't seem to be up on current research and/or didn't seem to care
Dr. Chopra is very good about listening and taking care of me
She did have some good insight regarding things not tried or assessed [...] by other physicians
Dr Chopra remains amazing, and [...] was great.
This was not a good experience. Doctor did not listen to my situation and basically scolded me for not having a PCP, despite the fact that every time I line up a PCP they leave. No bedside manner such that I decided not to ask her 2 other health questions I had because I didn't feel comfortable.
[...] I am grateful to Dr. Chopra and am confident in her care. She is the main reason I continue to seek care within the UW healthcare system despite other options being closer in proximity to where I now reside. (The entire UW Healthcare system is great, I just wish they had more options and locations in Snohomish County).
Dr. Chopra is wonderful at explaining her recommendations and treatment plan and takes the time to answer my questions so I understand the options, what the treatment will be, when I should start to see improvement, if and what possible side effects to be aware of, and when to reach out if there's no improvement and how soon we should follow up. Dr Chopra is familiar with my ongoing health issues and reminded me that I was not current with my recommended screenings for my age group.
Very prompt service. However, feel wellness visits are a joke. Dr. Glossed over my concerns; have to keep on schedule. Want to remain with UW Med., but less than happy with PCP. [...]
Dr Chopra is an exceptional physician and the care she provides to patients is too-notch!
The call was very short, but it was right to the point and I got exactly what I needed.
Very good experience
Dr Chopra very good at paying close attention to details and recommendations
RushedFelt like she wasn't listening to all my concerns
Care provider seems to be in a hurry trying to end my visit asap. My appointment was supposed to start at 9:30 but she was there seconds after I entered Zoom at 9:15. [...] When I try to provide a detailed background of my illness, she cut me short. Our visit ended before 9:30, even before it's scheduled starting time.
The doctor Anita Chopra did not want to engage in a two way conversation and appeared to be not kind. She did not seem to show any compassion or care about my problems.
Dr.Chopra did not let me share about why I was in. She focused on telling me I could not be on her caseload, while I have been assigned to her on Epic. The visit was rushed. I did get the referrals I wanted but did not feel a sense of care. I am not inclined to see Dr.Chorpa again, especially to address anything of a sensitive matter. She was impatient and did not take time to listen
Very short. No effort to discuss the issue with me. Focus seemed to be finishing the call and moving to the next.
Each time I have seen my MD she seems very rushed. [...]
Dr looks so busy. She was in rush. We didn't have much more communication. If she was busy then she should let us know. [...]
The doctor needs more patience with patient's concerns and questions
The provider I saw was terrible, after waiting 45 minutes to see her, she spent a total of maybe 2 minutes addressing my concern. Didn't ask me any questions to try to uncover my issues, basically dismissed me with an Rx. [...]
PLEASE RETHINK 15 to 20 minute appointments. Mine (this time) was NOT a Wellness Visit which I always find cursory and insufficient. I am always prepared with a SHORT list of questions, but at this last visit, only 2 or my 4 questions were addressed before the provider abruptly left the room. I thought she was coming back, but I could hear that she'd started with the next patient next door.
I have had this primary care provider for many years, and have considered her very caring and smart. This time, she was abrupt, and spent more time typing than listening, did not have time to let me finish my few questions, and left the room without telling me we were finished with the visit. HIGHLY UNUSUAL for this provider, I think the appt time constraints on providers lately is a big mistake. [...]
Didn't seem to have much time, felt rushed
Dr Chopra is my care provider and she is the best
The doctor went above and beyond my expectation and spend so much time to listen to me and suggest solutions
Dr Chopra is fantastic
I was very pleased with this doctor.
She is wonderful
