About Anand Singla
Anand Singla, MD, MS is a board-certified gastroenterologist based at the UW Medical Center (UWMC) and a clinical assistant professor in medicine and gastroenterology.
Dr. Singla treats a broad array of diseases of the digestive system, and specializes in advanced endoscopic procedures including those that diagnose and treat diseases of the pancreas and biliary system, such as endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and ERCP. He also performs endoscopic resection of early GI malignancies and procedures that palliate symptoms of GI cancers.
Dr. Singla enjoys working as part of a collaborative team of providers at UWMC to provide excellent, patient-centered care.
Dr. Singla earned his medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and completed a Masters in Health Services at the University of Washington. His research includes examining outcomes, comparative effectiveness, and costs of GI diseases, specifically diseases of the pancreas.
Personal Interests
During his free time, Dr. Singla enjoys spending time exploring Seattle and the surrounding outdoors with his family, playing soccer, and watching sports.
