Dr. SamiI is super knowledgeable, is it Wonderful neurologist, I get Botox treatments from him, and he does just a perfect job! I would highly recommend him, I have been seeing him for years!

I so appreciate the care I received at UW and with Dr Samii. I'm usually in a lot if pain when I see him and he is very understanding and comforting of my condition. He always takes time to address my concerns and cares about my progress. I appreciate his caring character. He is a blessing to have for a doctor.

About Ali Samii

Ali Samii, M.D., is a board certified neurologist at UW Medical Center and Veterans Administration Puget Sound Healthcare System, co-director of the UW Movement Disorder Fellowship and a UW professor of Neurology and an adjunct professor of Neurological Surgery.

Dr. Samii specializes in movement disorders. He believes making decisions about treatment strategies is a joint venture with the patient. He also believes they always must weigh the potential benefits and side effects of treatments since no two patients have an identical disease.

Dr. Samii earned his M.D. at McGill University in Canada. His clinical interests include the management of movement disorders. His research interests include deep brain stimulation and epidemiological studies involving neurodegenerative disorders.

Dr. Samii tries to spend as much time as possible with his family and before his children grow up and leave home.
