Coming Soon: Welcoming and Accessible Hospital Spaces
In 2022, UW Medical Center – Montlake launched a three-year renovation project to protect important clinical areas below ground level from water damage. Crews removed paved areas in front of the hospital to apply a new waterproof seal to below-ground level hospital facilities, preserving our ability to provide healthcare in these areas. The work created the opportunity to renovate hospital entrance areas and create a more welcoming space for patients and visitors.
Entrance renovation at UW Medical Center – Montlake will be completed in late 2025.
